– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these
steps:

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
on where to send your package.

3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure it is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

 

4. Shipping: Attach the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error. 

5. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note: 

– Shipping costs are non-refundable.

– If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges:

7. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
